Kris Jenkins

Kris Jenkins is the Co-Founder and COO of Mobly, the only mobile sales tool that quickly scans and enriches leads, records contacts, and logs activity directly into your MAP or CRM.  

Kris is an ex-CTO (Banyan), Product leader (Banyan, Towers Watson, Extend Health), and head of Business Development (On24, Workfront.)  

He also built and ran the Utah CTO Show podcast for a few years before jumping to biz/dev and operations. Kris has been instrumental in 4 exits. Kris and his partner have 6 children and enjoy Utah's skiing.

Pat Jones

Pat Jones is the Founder and CEO of The Women's Leadership Institute. 
Before serving at WLI, Pat co-founded Dan Jones & Associates, a successful public opinion and market research firm for 35 years; Jones is an experienced and highly-regarded researcher specializing in qualitative research, having conducted hundreds of focus groups nationwide.

Combined with her experience in business, Senator Jones served in the Utah Legislature for 14 years, serving in leadership positions for 12 of those years and serving as the first female leader in either party and in either House. 

Pat Jones’ interests are many, but she prefers to move rather than sit. She enjoys exercising, biking, skiing, playing pickleball and tennis, and watching sports (especially basketball and football). Her least favorite thing to do is to wait in long lines.

Patricia is married to Professor Joe Horton and has four children and 11 grandchildren.

Patti Cook

Patti Cook is the head of Communication and Community at The Women's Leadership Institute.  Before WLI, Patti spent two decades as a consultant and in-house lead for marketing and communication nationwide, strategically helping build events and programs from inception to execution. Past clients include the National Spelling Bee, NBC, Bonneville Communications, and Outdoor Retailer.

She has also been involved in local community outreach and advocacy efforts. Patti has testified on Utah’s Capitol Hill and has taught women throughout the state how to be civically engaged and understand the state's political process. She currently serves on the board of Women's Work Utah.

Patti has a BA in English/Sociology from Brigham Young University and a Master of Professional Communication from Weber State University.  She is married with three children and loves books, dancing in the kitchen, and good conversation.
